points) Use a service such as the demonstration
for Statgraphics
Give the name of the service that you used and paste some sample results from
your use of the web service into this document. For example, I used Statgrphics
to generate a list of sales statistics showing the highest and lowest monthly
sales. To meet the requirements of this question, I would give the URL of the
service (http://www.statgraphics.com/webservices.htm) and paste the table containing
those results into this homework assignment. It is OK if you use Statgraphics but
you might have more fun finding your own web service.
3. (6 points) You have an application that you believe will use one server and 1 tb (1000 gigabytes) of data. Only people from within your company will be using the application. You have decided to use Amazon instead of buying computers and setting them up in house. What Amazon services would you buy and what would they cost to accomodate this application. If you believe you are missing data necessary to answer this question, make up any information that you need (assume an answer to your question(s)) and document your assumptions. For example, you were not given how many hours per day you must have your amazon machine up and running so you could assume 24 hours per day and 7 days per week in your price calculations. You should make extensive use of the amazon cloud computing web site in this question. This link will get you started. List each service you decided to buy, explain why you decided to buy it and show your price calcuation.
